About the role

  • Junior Content Development Specialist supporting content creation and quality assurance for Allegro's e-commerce platform. Engaging with stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to enhance content quality.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the creation and selection of innovative content formats, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and quality
  • You will be responsible for maintaining content quality standards and following the established tone of voice guidelines
  • You will create engaging materials and documentation that support our commercial value proposition
  • You will develop your skills in content management and learn how to optimize content processes using AI-driven solutions
  • On a daily basis, you will collaborate with stakeholders and experts to ensure our content is impactful and aligned with Allegro’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Are eager to continuously develop skills and expand knowledge in the area of e-commerce content excellence and digital marketing
  • Are looking for tasks that focus on using AI solutions and automation to optimize daily work and content processes
  • Know how to write clearly, follow communication guidelines, and have a "good eye" for high-quality, engaging content
  • Like analyses and can track content performance metrics to suggest improvements based on data
  • Feel comfortable working with various stakeholders and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, international environment
  • Know English at B2+ level
