Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers and proactively support them from onboarding through implementation to successful use of our product
You align goals, KPIs and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable platform usage and adoption
You translate customer requirements into concrete functional and process-related use cases
You play a key role in customer retention and apply your subject-matter expertise strategically
As a bridge between our customers and internal teams, you provide valuable feedback and ensure technical and contractual issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success
Requirements
You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or an alternative vocational background with further training such as certified mechanical engineering technician, master precision mechanic, and/or business administrator
You have experience with cost engineering tools, part costing, sourcing processes, or PLM systems
Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP-MM module (procurement)
You possess excellent communication and moderation skills
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
You communicate confidently in German and English
