About the role

  • Customer Success Manager engaging with clients from onboarding to successful product utilization at a growing tech company. Focusing on improving customer satisfaction and product adoption in industrial procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers and proactively support them from onboarding through implementation to successful use of our product
  • You align goals, KPIs and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable platform usage and adoption
  • You translate customer requirements into concrete functional and process-related use cases
  • You play a key role in customer retention and apply your subject-matter expertise strategically
  • As a bridge between our customers and internal teams, you provide valuable feedback and ensure technical and contractual issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or an alternative vocational background with further training such as certified mechanical engineering technician, master precision mechanic, and/or business administrator
  • You have experience with cost engineering tools, part costing, sourcing processes, or PLM systems
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP-MM module (procurement)
  • You possess excellent communication and moderation skills
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
