About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales and acquiring new customers for AI-powered decision intelligence platform. Collaborating with marketing and customer success while managing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Executive at Paretos, you drive our sales team forward and acquire new customers.
  • You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and experienced colleagues, continuously learning and actively shaping our growth.
  • You manage the entire sales process — from needs analysis and lead qualification to product demos — converting leads into customers.
  • You regularly close new deals and achieve our sales targets.
  • You engage decision-makers directly and conduct negotiations at the management level.
  • You build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business.
  • You work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to further develop our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience and demonstrate strong sales aptitude, business acumen, and a commercial mindset.
  • You have experience with digital transformation and modern tool landscapes.
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • You demonstrate excellent selling and closing skills.
  • You are proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • You are goal-oriented and proactive in achieving your targets.
  • You speak fluent German (focus on DACH) and English (we are an international company).
