About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the EVP, Head of Communications and Public Relations at Paramount. Manage schedules, coordinate events, and ensure efficient operations for communication leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, travel arrangements and expenses for communication leadership team
  • Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials and prioritize and respond appropriately
  • Make informed decisions regarding executives' available time
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events
  • Track, follow and make recommendations on appropriate action and due dates
  • Copy, scan, file, and track business documents while maintaining confidentiality
  • Conduct research on specialized topics as required
  • Develop internal network of EAs and key contacts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience working with teams focusing on creative and production
  • Proficient in Gmail, other Google products, and Microsoft Office suite
