About the role

  • Executive Assistant enhancing CEO/Leadership capacity in a fast-paced beauty startup. Handling organization, communication, and coordination tasks effectively in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the agenda with judgment: prepare meetings, context, materials and clear next steps.
  • Follow-up engine: minutes, action items, owners, deadlines and closure (you make sure things happen).
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks with ops, retail, marketing and finance — unblocking issues quickly.
  • Organize information in tools (Notion/Drive/Slack): boards, docs, templates and tracking.
  • Handle communications and follow ups with CEO and Founder related topics: social media, linkedin, legal, outreach.
  • Jump-In on Ad-Hoc topics and urgencies: new hirings, consultant recruitments and onboarding.
  • Handle executive-level communication in English (emails, coordination, occasional calls).

Requirements

  • Proactive and structured: you anticipate what’s needed and execute without being asked twice.
  • Excellent communication, discretion and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable in startup pace: priorities shift, urgency exists, and you keep things under control.
  • Strong tool fluency (Notion or similar).
  • Executive English required (written + spoken).
