Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO’s strategic right hand — not just a scheduler
  • Manage and ruthlessly prioritize an ever-changing calendar
  • Draft high-stakes emails, investor updates, board communications, and executive briefs with near-flawless American English
  • Sit in executive meetings and capture key decisions and action items
  • Push back respectfully when something doesn’t make business sense
  • Navigate difficult conversations with composure and executive presence
  • Interface confidently with founders, VCs, board members, and C-level stakeholders
  • Protect the CEO’s time, focus, and energy at all costs
  • Anticipate problems before they exist and solve them independently
  • Bring structure to chaos

Requirements

  • Has 7–12+ years supporting senior executives in high-growth or high-performance environments
  • Is currently based in Metro Manila and committed to a future on-site presence
  • Has near-perfect American English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Can draft communications that require little to no editing
  • Is not intimidated by strong personalities, disagreement, or fast-paced decision-making
  • Understands business strategy — not just logistics
  • Can handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
  • Has exceptional judgment and situational awareness
  • Moves fast without sacrificing precision
