- Define and execute the strategy for Paragon’s growing portfolio of products to meet customer needs and scale efficiently.
- Lead a small team of engineers to evaluate and define technical requirements for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to collect customer requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and market demand
- Measure impact of new product improvements and iterate based on customer feedback
Requirements
- 5+ total years of experience in engineering and product management
- 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager
- 2+ years of engineering experience with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products
- A deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous or complex API challenges.
- The ability to collect customer requirements and translate technical details into clear product decisions
