About the role

  • Sales Ops role at papernest involves simplifying sales processes and collaborating with various teams. Focus on operational efficiency using tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Help grow papernest through tools and processes that are both simple and effective.
  • Simplify and automate sales processes using Lean methodologies (Kanban, VSM, etc.).
  • Manage all stages of deploying new tools or processes and document new features.
  • Test and monitor developments, train and support teams in the field during roll-out.
  • Resolve daily operational and technical incidents and propose improvements for incident management and tracking.
  • Analyze sales data on a daily basis using dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Act to correct deviations and meet targets in collaboration with the Ops department.

Requirements

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially on data and technical topics.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON…) and of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a real plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to listen to and rationalize problems, find solutions and pragmatic action plans.
  • Hands-on: Ability to work on the ground and perform everyday tasks.
  • Ownership: Autonomy and the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic: Positive attitude and communication, creative in problem solving.
  • Enjoys teamwork and cross- and intra-departmental collaboration.
  • Solid basics in Spanish and English (sufficient to work and communicate with teams and partners).
