About the role

  • Sales Ops role at papernest empowering sales through simple and efficient tools and processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Grow papernest through simple, efficient tools and processes.
  • Simplify and automate sales processes using Lean methodologies (Kanban, VSM, etc.) and API integrations.
  • Oversee deployment phases for new tools/processes and resolve operational incidents.
  • Analyze daily sales data to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes in an agile way.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON...) and experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a real plus.
  • Listen to and rationalize problems, find pragmatic solutions and action plans.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High levels of Spanish and English (sufficient to work and communicate with teams and partners).
