Welcome, advise and assist our customers with enthusiasm

Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising

Support the team with daily operations: restocking, till work, organisation, visual standards
Ensure smooth service, even during busy peak periods
Requirements
Experience in retail is a plus
Ideally: experience in a highly consultative sector (jewellery, selective cosmetics, premium fashion, accessories…)
Commitment, professionalism and genuine enjoyment in customer relations
Energetic, team-oriented and positive attitude
Accuracy, reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Languages: English & French required; German and other languages a plus
Availability for onboarding in Lausanne
