Responsibilities
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for manufacturing solutions
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within discrete manufacturing companies in these regions.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solution effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and ISV partner abat to design and deliver integrated MES solutions.
Drive adoption of HPE GreenLake as-a-Service pricing models for cloud-like consumption.
Negotiate and close complex solution deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
Proven track record in solution selling to manufacturing companies.
Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, terminology, and pain points.
Experience working for a manufacturer or selling to manufacturers (credibility in the sector is essential).
Ability to articulate value propositions around Industry 4.0, MES, and digital transformation.
Familiarity with ERP integration, factory scheduling, and smart manufacturing concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies in EMEA& LATAM
Fluency in English and other local languages, ideally German.
