Responsibilities
In partnership with the Store Manager, you will support, supervise and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, identify and maximize opportunities, while leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service
You will manage stock, ensure compliance with Pandora procedures, organize and schedule teams to optimize sales, monitor sales performance and oversee security management
You will be responsible for the proper functioning and operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
You will need a strong on‑floor presence and to influence sales, so it is essential to enjoy this environment
You will ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines
You will be a brand and store ambassador, embodying the company's values on a daily basis (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform)
Requirements
Experience in store management
Understanding and management of a P&L (profit and loss), experience in a KPI-driven environment and ability to improve KPIs to ensure continuous growth and store success
Experience managing a team in a retail sales environment: recruitment, onboarding and training of new members, performance evaluation and team development
Fluency in English is a strong advantage for this role
Availability on weekends and public holidays is preferred
