- Senior Manager of Managed File Transfer at Fiserv leading enterprise file-transmission platforms with significant expertise required. Managing critical B2B/B2C file transfers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise file-transmission platforms including IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:Direct, and Progress MOVEit
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations for enterprise managed file transfer platforms
- Design and maintain secure, highly available, and resilient file transmission architectures
- Lead and develop a team responsible for building, supporting, and troubleshooting file transmissions
- Ensure encryption, authentication, and data‑in‑transit controls meet security, risk, and compliance requirements
- Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Drive operational excellence by improving reliability, throughput, SLA performance, and incident reduction
Requirements
- 10+ years in MFT technologies
- Deep expertise in IBM Sterling File Gateway, Connect:Direct, and Progress MOVEit Transfer/Automation
- 5+ years of experience with SSH/SFTP, AS2, NDM, FTPS, HTTPS, Certificates, Keys, and network load balancing
- 5+ years of experience integrating with Mainframe z/OS, Cloud Storage, and internal apps
- 3+ years of management experience in a managed file transfer environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Industry certifications such as IBM Sterling (SFG/B2Bi/Connect:Direct), MOVEit, AWS/Azure Cloud, ITIL Foundation or higher
