About the role

  • Senior Manager overseeing call center functions for Third-Party Wealth business at TIAA. Managing operations, employee lifecycle, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, off boarding)
  • Coach team on TIAA's value proposition to drive asset retention and growth
  • Coordinate and facilitate training, coaching, development, and other supervisory tasks
  • Identify opportunities to document and drive improvements to processes
  • Develop functional policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial services experience in a leadership position
  • Series 6 or 7 & Series 63 and Series 24 or 26
  • Life/Health insurance license
  • Experience and broad knowledge of the Wealth Product Offer
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Experience and knowledge of Third-Party Advisors business model
