Responsibilities
Lead and structure the Succession unit
Draft, optimize and deploy the 'Succession' process
Design and update written procedures, letter templates and tracking tools
Ensure harmonization and rollout of practices at the national level
Implement performance indicators and provide regular reporting
Supervise, lead and support the Île‑de‑France Succession team
Allocate cases, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met
Support skills development and training of team members
Oversee the processing of succession cases
Handle complex or high‑stake cases directly
Identify cases entrusted to Wealth Management Advisors (CGP) and ensure their dedicated follow‑up
Ensure dashboards are kept up to date
Support beneficiaries throughout the succession process
Ensure high quality client relationships and beneficiary satisfaction
Contribute to preserving and reusing capital from estates
Ensure the transfer of files to Wealth Management Advisors
Requirements
Degree in law, wealth management or insurance
Proven experience in handling succession/estate matters
Initial experience in team management
Strong legal, tax and administrative expertise in succession matters
Ability to operate in demanding and regulated environments
Rigour, excellent organizational skills and sound decision‑making ability
Proficiency with O2S Harvest
Good command of Excel
IAS professional qualifications/experience appreciated
