Responsibilities
Provide operational and analytical support to the Business Partner team, ensuring efficient execution of people processes and alignment with the segment’s strategies.
Support the following business units: Private; Global Investment Solutions; Principal; 2 international units.
More analytical and strategic profile, data-oriented.
Support recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
Maintain and update vacancy trackers and HR indicator dashboards (turnover, headcount, SLA).
Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
Prepare executive PowerPoint decks with common themes for Business Partners (BPs).
Support HR engagement and positive initiatives.
Assist in the management of internal movements and hiring processes.
Serve as a point of contact for operational questions from segment leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, People Management, Project Management, or related fields.
Previous experience as a Business Partner.
Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong ability to manipulate and present data.
Power BI (advantage).
Experience with data tools (advantage).
Basic English (advantage).
