Lead Generation Representative producing qualified leads for Equinix's Sales teams in Latin America. Collaborating cross-functionally and managing territories to develop business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Research target accounts and identify key decision makers and personas
Acquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement tools
Generate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via phone outreach, emails, and social media
Develop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating meetings/calls for Account Executives
Collaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
Follow up on marketing campaigns and provide feedback to Sales Management and Marketing Managers
Accurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
Requirements
Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin America
Expertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channels
Proven background in territory management and cross-functional collaboration
CRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activities
Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTables
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations.
