About the role

  • Director’s Assistant providing professional administrative support to Directors in PG&E’s Strategy team. Arranging meetings, handling travel, and managing correspondence for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administration support to Directors in the Strategy team.
  • Arrange ongoing/recurring as well as ad hoc meetings & conference calls.
  • Compose, proofread, edit & format written correspondence, agendas, and documents for signature.
  • Handle all travel-related aspects for individuals and groups.
  • Order new equipment or schedule service or maintenance as needed.
  • Manage commercial card usage and reconciliation of statements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of administrative support experience at a director level or above
  • Experience with PG&E specific applications such as SRM, Concur, HR SAP, CATS, Visio, and SharePoint
