About the role

- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders in their line of business
- Relationship management is typically at the Manager and Director level

- Builds and maintains pipelines / sources for talent acquisition for unique or specialty roles
- Partners with Manager on workforce planning and forecasting

Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in university recruiting
- High School Degree or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree (Desired)
- Prior project management experience in an early careers function desired.
- Existing relationships with top tier higher education institutions;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain various productive candidate sourcing channels
- PHR or SPHR certification
