About the role

  • University Campus Recruiter at PG&E supporting summer intern and associate hiring processes. Building relationships with universities and managing recruitment strategies for entry-level positions in California.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders in their line of business
  • Relationship management is typically at the Manager and Director level
  • Develop an advanced understanding of the line of business supported
  • Monitors the progress and success of recruiting and sourcing plans and strategies
  • Builds and maintains pipelines / sources for talent acquisition for unique or specialty roles
  • Partners with Manager on workforce planning and forecasting
  • May lead smaller project teams within the recruiting department on small to mid-size recruiting related projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in university recruiting
  • High School Degree or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Desired)
  • Prior project management experience in an early careers function desired.
  • Existing relationships with top tier higher education institutions;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain various productive candidate sourcing channels
  • PHR or SPHR certification
