Develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders in their line of business

Requirements
5+ years of related experience in university recruiting
High School Degree or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree (Desired)
Prior project management experience in an early careers function desired.
Existing relationships with top tier higher education institutions;
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain various productive candidate sourcing channels
