About the role

  • Providing administrative support to executives at PG&E's IT department. Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and documentation for effective operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to one or more Directors or Executives.
  • Audit/monitor for adherence to corporate travel guidelines.
  • Backup Other Administrative Assistants: Backup and support to other Executive Assistants as required.
  • Manage & prioritize calendar. Arrange ongoing/recurring as well as ad hoc meetings & conference calls.
  • Handle all travel-related aspects for individuals and groups.
  • Create, assemble, modify, proofread presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Manage data, metrics tracking and reporting, report creation, and execution.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and documents for signature.
  • Handle HR related administrative tasks including time reporting, pay planning, performance management, etc.
  • Order & maintain an inventory of items required.

Requirements

  • High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
  • 4 years of administrative experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Desired)
  • 1 year of experience in supporting director-level leader or above (Desired)
