About the role

  • Get things done. From researching cultural trends and taking part in brainstorms to writing briefs, developing creative concepts and managing our strategic tools – you’re curious, hands-on and ready to grow into a strong strategic lead.
  • Lead strategy workstreams from insight through execution across client projects, pitches and internal initiatives.
  • Conduct market and trend research across industries such as fashion, music, art, design, tech and gaming to uncover what’s driving culture today.
  • Create and own compelling presentations, strategic narratives and briefs that inspire both clients and creative teams.
  • Develop and maintain strategic tools, frameworks and knowledge hubs that make our team smarter and faster.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams to shape integrated, culture-driven brand experiences.
  • Ensure strategic alignment on complex projects and keep teams focused on the brand’s purpose and direction.
  • Challenge the status quo by proactively bringing new ideas, methods or cultural perspectives that advance brands.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic roles—ideally in a creative, brand- or experience-focused agency.
  • Proven ability to turn research into meaningful strategy and creative impact.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation and communication skills—you know how to frame and sell an idea.
  • Deep curiosity and cultural fluency across industries and subcultures.
  • Strategic, independent and proactive mindset.
  • Structured and organized approach with confidence in leading tasks, projects and people.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and/or other strategic/creative tools such as Miro, Notion, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
