Responsibilities

Lead strategy workstreams from insight through execution across client projects, pitches and internal initiatives.
Conduct market and trend research across industries such as fashion, music, art, design, tech and gaming to uncover what’s driving culture today.
Create and own compelling presentations, strategic narratives and briefs that inspire both clients and creative teams.
Develop and maintain strategic tools, frameworks and knowledge hubs that make our team smarter and faster.
Work closely with internal and external creative teams to shape integrated, culture-driven brand experiences.
Ensure strategic alignment on complex projects and keep teams focused on the brand’s purpose and direction.
Challenge the status quo by proactively bringing new ideas, methods or cultural perspectives that advance brands.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in strategic roles—ideally in a creative, brand- or experience-focused agency.
Proven ability to turn research into meaningful strategy and creative impact.
Strong storytelling, presentation and communication skills—you know how to frame and sell an idea.
Deep curiosity and cultural fluency across industries and subcultures.
Strategic, independent and proactive mindset.
Structured and organized approach with confidence in leading tasks, projects and people.
Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and/or other strategic/creative tools such as Miro, Notion, etc.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
