About the role

  • Digital Project Manager leading business software projects with a focus on healthcare billing and tariffs. Collaborating with clients and development teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead engaging business software projects focused on hospital/patient administration business processes, with a clear primary focus on tariffs and billing
  • Guide and advise clients through all project phases, ensuring a solution-oriented collaboration
  • Manage requirements, analyze existing workflows, and develop efficient processes
  • Deliver practical training and lead workshops to co-design appropriate and sustainable solutions with clients
  • Apply your subject-matter expertise in patient administration to strengthen the quality of customer solutions
  • Act as the interface between developers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project
  • Support testing and customer support activities to ensure the solutions perform well in daily use

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or healthcare-related vocational training
  • Further education in business administration, business informatics, project and/or process management (or similar) is an advantage
  • Professional experience in a specialist role within patient administration or a comparable position in a hospital, clinic, or health insurance environment
  • Important: you have knowledge of tariff systems and/or service billing
  • Strong affinity for digitalization, new technologies, processes, and projects
