Responsibilities
- Lead product-focused projects in an agile environment such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Plan, control and implement complex initiatives from roadmap to sprint
- Act in both the Project Manager and Product Owner roles
- Biweekly reporting on KPIs, budget including forecast/actual, resources and progress
- Facilitate PI planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives
- Ensure deadlines, budget and quality while promoting an efficient team culture
- Support compact milestone planning and participate in relevant audits
- Create and maintain central project documentation such as master plans, roadmaps and release planning
Requirements
- Degree in (industrial) engineering, project management, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management and KPI reporting, ideally in an agile environment
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and traditional PM tools
- Preferably experience in embedded systems projects within a high-tech or industrial environment
- Very good German and English language skills
