About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the GenAI / GenBI product development process
- Collaborate closely with R&D business stakeholders
- Develop a detailed and executable product delivery plan
- Manage backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Define, monitor, and analyze product-level KPIs
- Manage technology vendor relationships
- Coordinate platform scalability, security, and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in any technical field
- 5+ years of experience in product management with AI/ML or data platform technologies
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, and GenAI/GenBI technologies
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Proven ability to evaluate, select, and implement complex technical solutions
- Nice to have: Pharmaceutical R&D or life sciences data environments, Data visualization frameworks, Multi-agent architectures, Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake), Knowledge of data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines
