About the role

  • Technical Customer Support Specialist assisting customers via live chat and email. Joining a growing team at Oxylabs, focusing on customer service excellence in web data gathering.

Responsibilities

  • Give joy to our customers by solving their queries via live chat and email;
  • Ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information;
  • Interpret and finetune the customer success process & performance;
  • Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;
  • Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian
  • Ability to work full-time during the day shift (9 AM - 5 PM) in a hybrid working model
  • Energy to move mountains together with your team
  • Empathy and understanding - basically showing clients how important they are!
