- Monitor and support VPN connectivity and office networks
- Support mobile environment (iPhones)
Requirements
- 5–10 years in IT support / systems administration
- Experience working in a multi-office environment
- Comfortable being the primary onsite IT presence
- Strong troubleshooting and user-facing communication skills
- Collaborative experience working alongside MSPs and other vendors
