About the role

  • Exhibit Manager coordinating logistics for trade shows, overseeing operations and managing customer relationships. Ensuring timely delivery of exhibition materials and promoting Saia's services.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the movement of exhibit and trade show materials.
  • Works with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to assigned locations.
  • Oversees the setup and breakdown of trade show setups.
  • Manages freight loading and unloading at convention centers and venues.
  • Partners with field operations and external customers to coordinate the delivery of exhibition materials.
  • Oversees company-owned and rented equipment used for trade shows.
  • Scouts for new sales opportunities in partnership with internal sales teams.
  • Resolves customer questions and concerns and escalates issues to management as needed.
  • Assists with marketing and promotional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade show operations.
  • Prior LTL industry experience.
