About the role

  • IT Administrator in Jotun’s Graduate Program managing IT support and user training. Focus on optimizing technology solutions and providing second-level support across Jotun units.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and positive end-user experience by providing day-to-day IT support, handling all IT-related questions, requests, and incidents through The local ticket management system "Caretaker SMAX".
  • Assist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on caretaker tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and become a source of competitive advantage.
  • Have professional responsibility and stay current with technological developments, contribute and recommend solutions to ensure Jotun operates with optimized solutions and takes advantage of new technology in existing and new markets.
  • Responsible for all incidents, events, and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated at the End to End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring.
  • Provide second-level IT support across other Jotun units, ensuring timely resolution of support requests and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Minimum ITIL Foundation
  • English proficiency
