Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational success of your FTTH housing projects – from detailed planning through to supporting the commissioning of the passive network (NE3)
  • Act as the central technical contact for housing providers within our FTTH projects
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with our on-site partners
  • Participate in on-site meetings with housing providers to discuss projects, resolve issues, and strengthen cooperation
  • Support our on-site partners with technical questions and perform general checks to ensure compliance with requirements and standards
  • Handling technical contract matters, preparing specifications (bills of quantities), and developing installation concepts as part of construction supervision
  • Develop technical concepts and rollout plans for individual housing providers together with our sales team (Solution Manager), and coordinate feasibility and implementation with the technical departments.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications engineering, particularly in fiber expansion of FTTX networks
  • Practical experience working with suppliers and service providers
  • Completed vocational training in a technical field or a degree in telecommunications, communications engineering, or electrical engineering
  • Ideally some initial professional experience in project management
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Project, and Visio
  • Ideally experience creating reports with BI systems
  • Business-fluent German and English.
