Responsibilities
Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners
Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions
Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States
Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process
Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth
Requirements
Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – ideally in the US market
Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies
Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
