Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the USA, IN, MEA, Brasil
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
  • Guide candidates through their journey from first contact to offer
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of quality candidates

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in Technology recruitment is a must
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset
  • Results-driven attitude
