About the role

  • Analista de Facilities Sênior at Colliers responsible for operations management and contract governance in Guarulhos, Brazil. Involves communication with suppliers and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support day-to-day operations for the unit’s shuttle transport and food service activities;
  • Manage and oversee shuttle and food service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs and contractual requirements;
  • Act as liaison with vendors for operational alignment, deviation handling and implementation of corrective action plans;
  • Support budget control, perform monthly measurements and validate service billing;
  • Track operational indicators and assist with governance routines;
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and the client, ensuring smooth operations and process compliance;
  • Support implementation of continuous improvements, process standardization and strengthening governance;
  • Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards and operational controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition or related field;
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus;
  • Proven experience in Facilities management, Food Services and/or Shuttle Transport operations;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus;
  • Experience managing governance for large-scale contracts and multimillion budget management;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a differential;
  • Proficiency with management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
