About the role
- Logistics Planning Analyst at BR MANIA focusing on supply planning using Power BI for accuracy and data-driven decisions. Collaborating across operations, marketing, and expansion teams to optimize logistics.
Responsibilities
- Plan product sales operated by the logistics operator based on data, market trends and inputs from areas such as Operations, Expansion and Marketing
- Accurately forecast future demand, setting realistic targets and efficient replenishment strategies
- Ensure resource optimization, operational excellence and support for sustainable growth
- Automate supply controls, ensuring planning accuracy and smooth logistics processes
- Develop a demand plan by integrating quantitative and qualitative data from multiple areas and suppliers
- Monitor weekly demand variations, anticipating risks of overstock and stockouts
- Create and execute action plans together with the logistics operator
- Implement and structure the S&OP process
- Identify continuous process improvements and new tools to drive efficiency gains
- Develop logistics dashboards in Power BI (data collection, modeling, KPIs and visualizations)
- Monitor logistics performance: service level, delivery lead times, costs and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
- Experience building reports in Power BI, with a focus on supply planning accuracy
- Experience with S&OP
- Strong skills in data analysis, demand forecasting and defining replenishment targets
- Strong data analysis and demand forecasting capabilities
- Intermediate/advanced Excel
- Good communication skills and the ability to interface with internal teams and suppliers
- Analytical profile with ease creating views and insights in Power BI
