About the role

• Analista de Planejamento Logístico Junior na Vivo garantindo abastecimento e disponibilidade de estoque. Atuando em toda a cadeia de supply de produtos de tecnologia com foco em Consumer Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of inventory levels | product lifecycle | turnover | obsolescence;
• Planning purchase plans (replenishment of DCs) and distribution (replenishment of Sales Channels) for products;
• Daily monitoring of receipts (deliveries), inventory levels, demand and product availability;
• Ensure updates to VIVO UP (CPFR — Collaborative Planning tool), which interfaces with suppliers for the control and management of supply plans and deliveries to Distribution Centers;
• Ensure updating and operation of SO99 (automated demand and replenishment management tool);
• Monitor and manage internal customer orders. Create, analyze and propose improvements to specific performance indicators;
• Contribute to the planning, organization and control of defined methods for capturing results.

Requirements

• Comfortable with planning;
• Analytical and synthesis skills;
• Comfortable working with numbers, mathematical calculations and statistics;
• Completed university degree.
