Responsibilities
Execute sales processes from start to finish
Work commercially with a focus on offering and acquiring new clients and business
Prospect and offer industrial and logistics assets, as well as land for development
Monitor the full real estate market cycle
Attend property viewings, lead negotiations and close deals
Execute asset divestment processes
Prepare document analyses, offering presentations, and marketing proposals
Generate reports and provide client reporting and accountability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Active CRECI registration - mandatory (non-negotiable)
English and Spanish - desirable
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license (CNH) and own vehicle - desirable
Knowledge of data analysis in Power BI - desirable
Proactivity and ability to analyze and execute complex processes
