Business & Strategy Analyst Intern at OVRSEA involved in data modeling and project management for performance optimization. Collaborating closely with Business Ops Managers and global teams in France and beyond.
Responsibilities
Performance monitoring (30%): Data modeling to track the performance of business teams (Sales, Operations, Procurement).
In-depth analyses to identify levers to improve our performance on key metrics (e.g., repeat closing of new accounts, operational productivity, unit margin, etc.).
Organizing training and tracking the progress of new hires in the Sales team.
Project management (30%): Leading structured projects independently to gain productivity and service quality, increase business team performance, or generate business opportunities.
Process optimization (20%): Applying AI to business processes. Improving processes and tools used by Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams.
Operational support and continuous improvement of tools (20%): Daily support to teams to resolve blockers with our tools.
Maintenance of our operational tools and CRM: regular updates and integration of team feedback.
Requirements
You are available for a 6-month internship starting in June 2026.
Ideally, you have prior internship experience, preferably with a strong data or project management component (consulting firm, high-growth startup, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
You also enjoy getting hands-on with operations, understanding and improving processes while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex sector.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and proactive in proposing ideas to solve various problems.
You can work in an international environment. Fluent written and spoken French and English are essential.
