Responsibilities
Ensure the successful delivery of Outsight's Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients
Drive multiphase software and hardware customer implementations effectively
Monitor project cash-flow in terms of revenue and costs
Manage several engagements concurrently, potentially between 2 to 5 customers
Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations
Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
Analyze and resolve technical issues during implementation
Conduct weekly status meetings with customers
Provide tailored training sessions to the end user
Ensure implementation success before transitioning to customer success team
Interface with internal product, engineering, and sales resources
Contribute to the product input feedback process to ensure valuable customer input
Identify stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio and provide insights to the sales team
Requirements
Master’s degree (Engineering or Business)
5 to 7+ years of experience, ideally including 2+ years in a Technical role (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering)
5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment
3-5+ years of Project management with multi-disciplinary teams
Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 (Good to have but not mandatory)
Native Spanish speaking is required
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with minimal support
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
