About the role

  • Technical intervention manager overseeing operational maintenance at nuclear facilities within Westinghouse Electric Company. Ensuring compliance with contracts and managing on-site personnel for optimal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Be technically responsible for on-site personnel and ensure the mobilization and supervision of site staff (time tracking)
  • Act as the client's primary technical point of contact for the intervention and respond to their requests throughout the project
  • Optimize the technical, contractual and financial execution of interventions
  • Ensure MTC maintenance activities and develop operators' skills
  • Comply with contractual requirements
  • Provide the client with advice and technical expertise during production phases
  • Complete all intervention tracking and traceability documentation, and use lessons learned to propose improvements and progress initiatives

Requirements

  • Technical background in at least one of the following areas: mechanical engineering, materials science, radiological protection, nuclear welding
  • Technical skills (OFC & MTC – 10 years required)
  • Management experience
  • Interface management
  • Strong communication, management and teamwork skills
  • Rigour and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactive planning
