About the role

  • Technical intervention manager responsible for overseeing on-site teams and coordinating nuclear equipment maintenance. Position requires technical proficiency and client interaction with an emphasis on contract compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the technical execution and timely completion of interventions in accordance with the contract
  • Act as the technical lead for on-site personnel
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client regarding the intervention
  • Optimize the technical, contractual, and economic delivery of interventions
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Provide the client with advice and technical expertise on operations during production phases
  • Complete all intervention tracking and traceability documentation
  • Organize and assign work to teams
  • Ensure works proceed smoothly while meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines

Requirements

  • Technical background, at a minimum in one of the following areas: mechanical, materials, radiation protection, nuclear welding
  • OFC technical skills – 10 years' experience required
  • Management experience
  • Interface management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Rigour and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate
