About the role
- Operations Analyst working at Hive Health to manage provider accreditation and data. Engaging with healthcare providers in a hybrid office environment in Pasig.
Responsibilities
- Engage with providers to verify accreditation status and/or invite for accreditation with Hive Health-HPPI
- Collect and update essential provider data on provider database
- Organize and maintain records by updating information in a timely manner and ensuring proper digital storage
- Collect and share market insights drawn from provider verification, retention, and accreditation processes
- Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary provider experience
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Operations team, including but not limited to accreditation of new providers, stakeholder coordination, and other administrative/operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Preferred 1-2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools
