Responsibilities
Operational anchor for the executive management
Classic commercial tasks – from invoicing and preparatory accounting to preparing payroll
Support in the day-to-day operations of our online shop (Shopify)
Maintain product listings, monitor orders and oversee fulfillment
Improve and document processes
Support with email marketing and resolving customer inquiries
Coordinate appointments and conduct research tasks
Requirements
Digital native & extremely reliable
Digital competence (must): You are proficient with computers. Fast typing (or dictation), confident use of tools like Slack and Google Workspace, and a basic understanding of AI (ChatGPT & Co.) are required.
E‑commerce experience: Ideally you have worked in online retail. Terms like Shopify, JTL, returns management or email flows are familiar to you.
Organizational talent: You are structured, meticulous and dependable.
Commercial understanding: You are not afraid of numbers, invoices or accounting topics.
Mindset: You don’t wait for the perfect process—you get things done. You are flexible and proactive.
