Requirements
- Completed IT-oriented training (e.g. IT, system integration, application development) or comparable professional experience in the desired environment after successfully completing IT retraining
- Professional experience in the field of IT support
- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, as well as knowledge in network management (IP, WLAN, etc.)
- Independent, structured, and problem-solving-oriented work style with a strong analytical understanding
- High level of initiative, commitment, reliability, and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English
