Responsibilities
Internal IT support, assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related queries
Management of the entire internal company IT, both on the software and hardware side, with a focus on Device Management across all operating systems and Onboarding processes
Administration of the internal company network structure and WAN connections
Configuration of hardware, employee accounts, operating systems, and application programs while considering access rights concepts
Conducting independent analyses and optimising processes and systems
Focus on security to help safeguard our cloud only strategy
Requirements
Completed IT-oriented training (e.g. IT, system integration, application development) or comparable professional experience in the desired environment after successfully completing IT retraining
Professional experience in the field of IT support
Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, as well as knowledge in network management (IP, WLAN, etc.)
Independent, structured, and problem-solving-oriented work style with a strong analytical understanding
High level of initiative, commitment, reliability, and communication skills
Very good knowledge of English
