- Unabhängige Kreditentscheidungen treffen und Bedingungen für Kreditnehmer bestimmen
- Gewährleistung, dass Kreditgenehmigungen stets den internen Richtlinien, Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeiten und regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung einheitlicher Kreditrichtlinien für die gesamte Bankengruppe
- Überwachung der von den Behörden auferlegten regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Laufende Schulung der Frontline-Einheiten im Bereich komplexer Kredite und Risikominderung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Requirements
- Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Banking und Finance oder Wirtschaft
- AZEK, CFA oder MAS, CAS Zertifizierung
- Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Kreditwesen
- Berufserfahrung im internationalen Kreditwesen (Lombardkredite oder Hypotheken)
- Berufserfahrung in der Analyse und Bewertung von Krediten
- Berufserfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Kreditprozessen und -produkten
- IT- Flair und sicherer Umgang mit Bankensoftware und Kreditmanagement-Tools
- Analytische, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Interesse an Risikomanagement und sich entwickelnden regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel und PP)
- Deutsch und Englisch.
