Responsibilities
Ensure the reliability, accuracy and consistency of data across both platforms;
Monitor and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, Amplitude, SimilarWeb and other analytics tools;
Conduct in-depth analyses focused on user experience (UX), identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and improvements in the digital journey;
Be responsible for creating A/B tests together with the UX team to ensure an improved user journey and experience;
Collaborate with product, marketing and design teams to implement data-driven improvements;
Keep up to date with market updates, tools and best practices in digital measurement;
Track performance metrics and recommend strategies to optimize conversion and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Experience in data analysis with Google Analytics and FullStory (or similar tools);
Strong knowledge of UX metrics, CRO, user behavior and funnel analysis;
Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into strategic recommendations;
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI) is a plus;
Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile;
Good communication skills to present insights to multidisciplinary teams.
