About the role

  • Senior eMarketing Specialist optimizing digital marketing spend and KPIs at Fanatics. Analyzing data, collaborating with teams, and driving growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and performance data throughout the entire Fanatics business. Ensure that digital marketing spend across paid channels is set up to align with overall KPIs with data-backed insights.
  • Continuously introduce new testing and strategic ideas to ensure we continue to evolve in a frequently changing digital marketing landscape.
  • Ensure existing campaigns have support for product launches and drops to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners on new features and advancements within the space.
  • Work closely with the eMarketing product team and other cross functional teams to ensure key features are released and rolled out according to plan, share best practices and continue driving growth.
  • Make spend decisions and budget recommendations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources within the portfolio to maximize returns.
  • Translate data insights into compelling marketing narratives, craft engaging storytelling around sales and business performance data to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI solutions & automation within digital marketing (tROAS, automating elements of keyword generation); Commitment to staying updated on industry developments.
  • Strong business reporting skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods;
  • SQL familiarity is highly preferred.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with technology product managers and product developers to facilitate product enhancements.
  • Exceedingly detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to launch advertising for major sporting events (i.e., College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.).
