About the role
- Join Orion’s Operations Development team as a summer trainee. Improve efficiency and practices in pharmaceutical production while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain broad exposure to Orion’s Global Operations unit, particularly the production environment.
- Focus on operational development and efficiency improvements across Global Operations.
- Tasks will include data analysis, implementing improvement actions, and developing the work environment in line with 5S principles.
- Participate in various operational development projects as needed.
Requirements
- You are a second-year university student in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, Bioinformatics, or a similar field.
- You value the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the practical operations of the manufacturing industry.
- You have strong general IT skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) and are comfortable working with data.
- You have strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Additional technical skills are considered an advantage (especially Power BI).
