Responsibilities
- Map and understand business processes, identifying improvement opportunities through data;
- Translate business area requests into clear, structured functional specifications for BI solutions development;
- Analyze different datasets, ensuring data integrity, consistency and relevance;
- Support the definition and standardization of KPIs, ensuring governance and accuracy in analyses;
- Validate BI deliverables for data quality, usability and visual experience;
- Conduct alignment and validation sessions with business areas, promoting mutual understanding between users and IT;
- Prioritize and document enhancement requests for dashboards, reports and metrics, organizing the BI backlog;
- Support the dissemination of a data-driven culture, training users on reading and interpreting dashboards and reports;
- Continuously monitor data quality and availability, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or business analytics;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar);
- Experience handling and interpreting large volumes of data;
- Knowledge of data modeling and KPI definition;
- Experience developing functional specifications for BI solutions;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with business stakeholders.
