About the role

  • Marketing Manager driving strategic marketing initiatives and client growth for Hanvog in commercial real estate. Collaborating closely with leadership and managing client accounts for optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic marketing and go-to-market
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and go-to-market strategies for the firm’s clients
  • Translate business objectives into concrete, effective, and measurable marketing plans
  • Develop lead-generation strategies tailored to real estate projects
  • Ensure market positioning and differentiation of projects
  • Design and implement marketing plans including campaigns, content, events, and promotional activities
  • Analyze initiative performance and recommend optimizations
  • Maintain active monitoring of marketing and industry trends
  • Project and client account management
  • Manage selected client accounts and coordinate execution of their projects
  • Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Review content and creative assets
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Promote the firm’s visibility
  • Contribute to Hanvog’s marketing strategy and positioning
  • Help create marketing tools and improve internal processes
  • Collaborate on developing service offerings, estimates, and proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, and project management
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Strong interest in or experience with commercial real estate
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English
  • Agency experience or experience in a high-growth environment (asset)
  • Familiarity with digital tools, CRM, SEO, and social media (asset)
  • Comfortable creating content and using visual tools (asset)
