Responsibilities
Acquire and advise new customers in the field of review management and online reputation based on existing leads
Sell solutions for managing, analyzing and optimizing online reviews
Advise companies on the strategic use of reviews as drivers of trust and revenue
Position complementary services in PR, content and reputation building
Negotiate with decision-makers at mid-market companies on an equal footing
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Work closely with internal teams (Inside Sales, Account and Project Management)
Provide regular reporting on sales activities and closed deals
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales of consultative services
Ideally experience in reputation, reviews, PR or content marketing
Ability to present complex services clearly, in a benefit-oriented way and convincingly
Strong communication skills and a confident presence with decision-makers
Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented thinking and an independent working style
Structured approach and strong closing skills
