Responsibilities
Support the Head of Sales with strategic planning and independently manage projects in CRM, audience development and sales network management
Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives with a focus on mailings and online marketing
Editorial responsibility and creation of sales mailings
Acquire and manage sales partners (focus: tourism market)
Monitor and analyze sales data
Derive actionable recommendations from analysis results for sales and other departments
Plan, execute and evaluate direct marketing and sales initiatives as well as mailing campaigns
Database management: standardization, cleansing and maintenance of databases and use of these for sales and marketing activities
Proactive coordination and alignment with all relevant departments

Requirements
Practical experience in CRM, audience development, marketing or sales within a cultural or comparable institution
Knowledge of ticketing systems (preferably CTS EVENTIM.Inhouse)
Experience with CRM systems, tourism and e‑commerce is an advantage
Confident user of Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience in cultural or theatre operations is an advantage
