About the role

  • CRM and Sales Representative managing marketing strategies for Staatsoper Unter den Linden. Collaborating on audience development and sales network management in a cultural institution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Sales with strategic planning and independently manage projects in CRM, audience development and sales network management
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives with a focus on mailings and online marketing
  • Editorial responsibility and creation of sales mailings
  • Acquire and manage sales partners (focus: tourism market)
  • Monitor and analyze sales data
  • Derive actionable recommendations from analysis results for sales and other departments
  • Plan, execute and evaluate direct marketing and sales initiatives as well as mailing campaigns
  • Database management: standardization, cleansing and maintenance of databases and use of these for sales and marketing activities
  • Proactive coordination and alignment with all relevant departments
  • General assistant duties

Requirements

  • Practical experience in CRM, audience development, marketing or sales within a cultural or comparable institution
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (preferably CTS EVENTIM.Inhouse)
  • Experience with CRM systems, tourism and e‑commerce is an advantage
  • Confident user of Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in cultural or theatre operations is an advantage
